How you can use Khurasani Azwain for different diseases:

• Tooth problems:Make the powder by grinding equal quantity of Khurasani Ajwain and resin together and after that press it under the teeth. Toothache is cured by using this process.
• Gums bleeding:Gargling with decoction of Khurasani Ajwain leaves twice a day prevents bleeding from the gums.
• Stomach worms:Take 5 grams jaggery in the morning and after sometime, take 1 to 2 grams soaked Khurasani Ajwain (soak in water for 1-2 days). Using this process kills stomach worms and brings out them from anus.
• Stomach pain:Take 2-4 drops of Khurasani Ajwain oil with 1-gram powder of dry ginger and take 15-20 milliliters decoction of aniseed. Stomachache is cured by using this process.
• Liver problems:Khurasani Ajwain oil should be coat on the liver because it ends chronic pain of the liver.
• Urinary problems:This disease is cured by taking 15 to 20 drops oil of Khurasani Ajwain seeds 3-4 times a day. It also ends retention of urine and breaks stone.
• Uterus pain:If any woman has been suffering from uterus pain, make a stick (batti) from  Khurasani Ajwain and put it in the vagina, it provides relief from uterus pain.
• Arthritis:Make Khurasani Ajwain seeds warm with sesame oil and rub it on the affected part; it provides relief in pain of rheumatism and waist pain.
• Breast pain and swelling:Grind Khurasani Ajwain seeds with wine(alcohal) and coat it on the breast, it ends breast swelling and provides relief in pain.

Myrica esculenta (Myricaceae) commonly known as box berry or kaphal is an important Indian medicinal plant. It is found in foothill tracks of Eastern Himalayas, Meghalaya, Nepal, China and Pakistan. Local tribes mainly use its fruits to prepare pickle and refreshing drinks. Traditionally, the bark has been used for the treatment of cough, asthma, fever, chronic bronchitis, diarrhoea, rheumatism and inflammation; roots have been used in bronchitis, asthma, cholera and flowers claimed to treat earache, diarrhoea, paralysis.

 Phytochemical studies of the different parts of plant revealed the presence of various bioactive phytoconstituents such as phenolic compounds, alkaloids, glycosides, triterpenoids and volatile oils. The plant is also reported to have innumerable significant pharmacological activities like analgesic, anxiolytic, antiallergic, antidiabetic, antimicrobial, antihypertensive, antiulcer, antioxidant and antiinflammatory evaluated by using various animal models. The objective of the present review article is to compile all the relevant published information regarding traditional uses, phytochemistry and therapeutic potential of M. esculenta. For this purpose various databases and books were examined. The review clearly demonstrates the importance of this plant in ethnomedicine and its immense potential in modern medicine.
